I went on my first cruise with my brother in Nov. I had gone on my share of vacations but never a cruise ship. Idk if I'll ever go one one again. Cozumel was beautiful and fun. However, the customer service on this ship is a joke. I paid for an excursion for my bro and I and also, bottomless bubbles. So we get on the ship and they tell me no you don't have bottomless bubbles. I showed them the receipt and they said,no. I showed them the cc statement where I paid for it. They said they had to email someone in order to get an answer. I said can I talk to someone else here on the ship because I'm here now?! No, so it was Saturday and they informed me they could not help me until this person was back in his office Monday...okay, it was a waste of time to argue with the man because he spoke limited English. So, 2 days pass then Monday I get a call to my room. Oh you did pay for the Bottomless bubbles package. I'm going to send up 6 soda's and now you can use your pass. Umm...okay 2 days at sea had already passed. So, I just ignored the stupidity of the whole situation and hung out with my bro. We went to see some of their very limited shows. My brother told me to just contact guest services when I get home. So I did but you can't talk to a person you can only email if you have already went on your ship. So I sent my information back and forth with Susan W, she was very abrupt and said you received 6 soda's delivered to your room. So she felt I should pay $89 for 6 soda's. I said...well a human can only consume so much soda in a day so...I'd like to be reimbursed for the 2 days at least. Nope she was rude and told me that I got 6 soda's. I emailed her back...she will not return my email. Do yourself a favor don't be use this cruise line it's the Walmart of the sea! They will over change you for everything. This current month I was charged for something and Idk what it even is. They refuse to tell me what. Also, as I was disembarking the ship I was yelled at by a man telling me to pay my bill and that I have no card on file. Mind you I did or they wouldn't have been able to charge the soda I bought when I wasn't allowed to use my bottomless bubbles package. So I handed him my card again after he embarrassed me and I was only asking what I was paying for. He never told me said use hub. How is this okay? I will never step foot on your floating petri dish again!!! Our balcony room was clean but the decor is dated beds are uncomfortable and floor is stained with wine. I wouldn't take a kid on this cruise either there isn't anything really for them to do.
