Cabin: Mid-ship Balcony Stateroom

This was our the 2nd cruise with Norwegian, and both times it did not go to advertised ports of call, first time 1 port of call was canceled about 12 years ago, this time 2 ports of call were missed. 1st day upon checking in; cabin stunk like inside septic tank or cesspool, and toilet did not flush, 2nd day toilet did not flush, 3rd day did not go to dominican republic day at sea and toilet broke down for 3rd day in the row, 4th day did not go to british virgin island; guest services send us note of apology for problems with cabin; and complimentary bottle of wine and 4 chocolate covered strawberries.

I wanted to go to Doninican Republic and British Virgin Island never been there, and Norwegian offered $200.00 on board credit for booking at that time +$200.00 onboard credit for being stock holder. Insted the charged me $340+ service charge, still waiting for response what the charges were for!!!???,

Meals were good, same nemu for the whole week!
