The port of calls was the main reason we chose this cruise. The ship didn't end up going to Columbia as planned because it had to divert course since there was a medical emergency on board. We were good with that as if one of us needed emergency care we would want the same.

The staff was so unbelievably friendly, so helpful. The crew really made this cruise, all of them were good, some were exceptional!! Honestly you could see their smiles through their masks. They all seemed to be happy to be on board and helping the customers.

Food, the food variety, selection, and quality was sub par at best. Although it was ok, it definitely wasn't what we have come to expect from a cruise. It was rather bland and didn't have a good variety of choices.

Cabin was great, clean and awesome attendant, maybe a tiny bit dated
