Sail Date: Nov 2021

Customer Service is poor and benefits are not transparent.

When we first booked for a September sail date, we were told there were 15 days before departure for the "Peace of Mind” delay for our cruise. In July, with the virus still rampant, we rebooked for a November 2021 sail date which we assumed was still under the “Peace of Mind” policy. We then attempted to change the cruise sail date to next year but learned that our November 7th sail date was a week after the October 31st expiration date for “Peace of Mind”.

NCL offered 2 for 1 air as part of the package. Yet, the Athens cruise, arrival, and departures were scheduled with absolutely NO TIME to see the city. In September, we attempted to get our November outbound flight moved ahead two days so we could see Athens on our own before the cruise. Earlier, we had been told that if we let them know they adjust the air travel arrangements for this purpose. The agent did not inform us of an air travel change request deadline. A full month before they sent us our airline tickets, our request was rejected for being too late -- absolutely no changes could be made.
