We departed Southampton late as a coach bringing passengers had one person testing Covid positive resulting in all 60 on the coach having to return home and their vacation cancelled.

Given the damning Diamond Princess episode passengers were not challenged for ignoring the requirement to wear a mask and no Covid testing took place throughout the entire cruise. Covid could have been brought from any of the ports visited.

The Horizon food choices were poor and not as varied as on previous Princess cruises; the coffee remains awful as on past voyages. Read more
