This was our second time on the Getaway and approx. our seventh NCL cruise. The Lido and Spice bar service was horrible. Made you feel like it was an inconvenience to take an order whether you were sitting on deck or at the bar. Not friendly. Casino bar staff shockingly under staffed-extremely busy and nice but only 1 or two bar waiters for the whole casino! The supervisory staff in casino extremely rude to their dealers and patrons. The bed in the cabin had permanent indentations in the mattresses and long past due to be changed out. The food in the buffet area was redundant and lack any type of excitement. We had already booked another cruise on the Encore end January 2020 (done prior to actual said date 11-17-19) if this NCL cruise is not better we will think long and hard about any other NCL cruise and go back to Carnival Cruise Line!
