First time cruiser. Liked the idea of getting to pick a free perk with your cruise fare and Freestyle cruising so I went with NCL. I opted for the free beverage package and it was delightful. Tried many drinks for the first time and some old favourites too. I also like the idea of visiting 4 ports during the seven day cruise. It was nice waking up in a different port every morning. I did the Western Caribbean 7 day cruise from Miami that visited Roatan Bay Honduras, (currently some major construction going on at this port. Harvest Caye, Belize, was a great stop with beautiful beach and plenty of things to do if you're active. My favourite port though was Costa Maya, Mexico. This port you can just walk off the ship and be completely taken in by the shops and beach and pool area right at the pier. They also have Dolphin excursions right at the port. I missed the 4th port of Cozumel, Mexico, because there was a delay with the tendering into port that day, so I stayed onboard. But still, I give NCL Escape a 5 star rating for cleanliness, things to do, great bands and shows. Fanastic food etc. Highly recommend giving them a try. Cheers!
