After my Mother saving for years to take the whole family on a cruise (all 10 of us) we departed on November 24th, 2019.
There was a delay in boarding that we were lied to and told it was an immigration issue.
It was not, it was a norovirus issue. The lines were so bad and the people were so upset it was getting dangerous. The police were called to manage the crowd and I had to remove my children from the situation and go back after a while. unacceptable from the beginning.
