I’ve been on 4 cruises,3 lines, this is the first with NCL. Family of 15 ages 5-70. 5 families, 6 rooms. 4 rooms paid priority access.

2 days before the cruise we received a text stating boarding time has changed. No reason why. Day before the cruise we drove 7 hours to LA. That evening groups wrote about Norovirus on current 15 day cruise. Morning of we went to the cruise terminal. letters were handed to us confirming Norovirus, also stated if you wanted to reschedule cruise you could with full credit. But,considering all passengers have now traveled to the port, have time, off from work and have planned everything..I think this is late notice. Better if it would have been sent the day before. There was a long line of people in a sick line, ambulances taking passengers to hospitals.

We were very delayed on boarding, ship didn’t even leave until 8pm.
