We chose this cruise for it's itinerary specifically for a cruise travelling to Grand Cayman and Jamaica as part of the western Caribbean. it had been a while since I've experienced those ports.

The ship had sailed from Miami the night before we embarked, so there was no turnover of disembarking passengers, so if you happened to arrive early, you were lucky enough to get right on the ship. We arrived at 10:15 AM and we were on board by 10:35 even with a 5 minute delay because of computer issues. Nice and easy boarding process.

We immediately headed to deck 6 for the Guest Services desk, which was very efficient, to arrange for my daughter's room to be charged to my credit card. This was very quick, so we then headed to the Atrium Bar for the first of many drinks there for the week. Since it was so early, we opted for delicious Bloody Mary's and/or Mimosas, The servers at the Atrium bar are excellent.

This cabin was nice and quiet, and met our needs easily.
