Sail Date: Nov 2019
Cabin: Family Balcony

I am very experienced cruiser, more than 20 with different companies.

Almost every step or category was poor enough to regret taking this cruise.

Booking through Expedia was hard sale, showing absolutely no cooperation neither from Expedia, nor from NCL side. NCL representative was unprofessional, giving wrong information about type of cabin assigned (it was at the time when it could still be corrected). When we boarded the ship and discovered that cabin is of different type than confirmed by NCL, the ship was sold out, and no cabins to correct the mistake were available.

Cabin Review

Family Balcony

We are NCL Platinum members. Though booked a guarantee cabin still had time to change it. However, the NCL rep. assured us that the assigned cabin is Family Balcony and has an open ( not sheltered) balcony. It was very important for us due to medical reasons.

When we boarded it turned out to be sheltered with rust all over. Onboard customer service was not cooperative at all.
