This was our fifth cruise on Celebrity and our third on the Equinox. We both agreed that the quality of service , the quality of food, and the cleanliness has gone somewhat downhill.
The customer service staff seemed disinterested and stern. Even the Future Cruise representative was lackluster. She did make me want to book a future cruise on the ship.
The food in the main restaurant , with the exception of 2-3 meals, was disappointing compared to previous cruises.
This cabin had a little less space because of the angled bulkhead by the doorway.
The room lacked in cleanliness, although the housekeeper was responsive and eager to please. It needs to have a deep cleaning to remove debris left under the settee and bed, which looks as it was there for some time.
