This was an amazing cruise!
Our travel agent booked our cruise on Encore to Bermuda out of NY and all the transfers through NCL. Everything up to the day of the cruise was great. The flight from Chattanooga to LaGuardia was quick and painless.
The first transfer, from the airport to the port, was painful and slow. Our flight was early but we were not allowed to get on an earlier bus. Waited a 1.5 hours for next bus. And it took the driver almost 2 hours to make a 30 minute drive. There were streets blocked off but he would NOT call in and find out where, so we drove in large circles until he finally figured out how to get around the closures.

Cabin was well maintained, clean, and the stewards were wonderful. Balcony was great, with an unobstructed view. Shower was small but with enough room to work with. Closet was good. Couch and table were nice to have. Bed was nice, if a bit too soft.
Only complaint... lots of creaking noises. Made sleeping a bit of a struggle. Hubby, who is not a light sleeper, had no issues.
