Overall, this is a wonderful cruise and ship. The food was very good in all included restaurants and the entertainment was A plus. The photographers were quietly in the background, ready to take your picture if you wanted. We were very happy that they were not obnoxiously in your face. We absolutely loved The Piano Man - Justin Golan. He played in the District Brew House almost every night and he was FANTASTIC! We went to his show 3 times and stayed the entire evening. On the other side of the coin, we were very disappointed with the Dueling Pianos - Howl at the Moon. They seemed to be a little money- hungry and seemed to only want to play the requests that came with money attached. Then, they said if everyone didn’t clap and sing, they would stop. We only stayed for 45 minutes and then we left. As far as the staff, everyone was nice enough, but no one was outstanding. No one introduced themselves to us and no one went out of their way for us. We have no complaints, like I said, everyone was nice, just not outstanding. Our room was just fine, always cleaned and very comfortable. We would say that people smoke on their balconies even though they are not supposed to. We could never catch anyone, so we didn’t know who was doing it, but we smelled the smoke often. This was annoying as we don’t smoke and don’t appreciate smelling other people’s second-hand smoke. This is also true if you walk by the casino. We hate smelling people’s cigarette smoke. There was always something to do, or to see or to listen to on this cruise. And of course, Bermuda is beautiful and worth a visit.
