We had been on this cruise before and it was great, but this time the experience was awful. We had an injury and they treated us like criminals and followed us around getting multiple statements. They lost signed documents and have to have it resigned. The basketball court was blistering hot and caused burns on the bottom of feet. The shower backed up with sewer. The food was horrible. The itinerary was changed but they waited until everyone was on the boat before they let anyone know. There were multiple staff that were very unpleasant and acted as if we were hindering them to ask for help. The guest services were very rude.We have loved Norwegian in the past, but this time it was a terrible experience. I have been on 15 plus cruises and this one was the absolute worst experience that we have ever had. I will think again before we give Norwegian another try.
