My wife and I are fans of Celebrity, they just know what they're doing when it comes to cruising, service etc, usually that is!

This cruise we felt Celebrity may have bitten off more than they could chew - so many kids set the crew up for a difficult set of circumstances. I'm sure the security guys were glad to see the back of (some) of the kids.

That along with some bumpy weather, this cruise could be considered hard work for the Celebrity crew.

Port Reviews

Southampton

Boarding and disembarkig was smooth and easy

Lisbon

had issues gettung ashore due to passport checks etc - delayed by an hour or so. Once ashore it was good.

Rome (Civitavecchia)

amazing place with ruins around every corner - was ok

Florence (Livorno)

Enjoyed seeing the statue of David, the tour guide was great.

Marseille

Ship carged $20 for the shuttle into the city, we walked 100m and got the free shuttle. The town was great, a bit of a surprise due to crusie director talking it down the previous night!

A bit confusng!

Barcelona

Loved the cathedral, the guide was great.

Gibraltar

Was a rush ashore for all the duty free goodies - was ok
