My family chose this cruise because of the great selection of ports and shore excursions. Being able to see the history in Greece and Italy was utterly amazing. Between the food in the ports and the wonderful tours we took, the overall experience was astounding. The ship, Norwegian Jade, was great- the staff was always smiling, friendly, and helpful. Shout out to my favorite bartenders Rushane and Mitch, Jhonny at the front desk who put up with all of our shenanigans, Isadora and Raissa who were so helpful every time my brother and I came in to the on-board gift shop to buy something, Dawid (David) who was incredibly helpful in assisting us with shore excursions and making incredible suggestions of things to see and do, and Adi, our room steward, who did a fantastic job keeping us comfortable in our room. Only a few critiques: I would have really liked the Jasmine restaurant to have more flavor to their food, for there to be a more traditional Spanish/latin dining option, and the family balcony room to have more space. Overall, the cruise/trip was incredible, making it hard to leave our new home away from home for 10+ days when it was all over. I would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone!

As stated in my overall review, the room was a bit small. We were four adults (mother and father in their early 60s and two adult children in their mid 30s) and frequently getting in each other's way. The cruise was booked to capacity, therefore there were no rooms available to upgrade to. Not necessarily the cruise's fault - maybe a better description of the room when booking would have been helpful. There was not a lot of space to use the toilet either, however the sink and shower were great. The safe was easy to use and the balcony was great for ocean viewing.
