This was the third multi generational family cruise for our family which included three staterooms for my family, my inlaws, and my sister in law and her family.. Perfect stateroom location on lido deck 10290, 10286, and 10282. Literally could not get any closer to the lido deck if you tried! This was the second time I've stayed in a balcony on lido deck, (last time starboard, this time port) and it is so incredibly convenient in the mornings for breakfast, and all day on sea days. My father in law has mobility issues so that made this and even better location for him.
This completed my "grand slam" on the Dream class and honestly, I'm done with Dream class for awhile. I do believe Breeze was the prettiest of the Dream class ships, the lido restaurant with its "trees" and "cabanas" was very nice. But we love ships. We cruise because of the ships first, ports second, and once you've done a ship three times, its time to move on. lol
Again, cabin location GREAT, but 10290 was right behind where the windows at Blue Iguana jut out so you had a bit of a blockage looking forward. Not a big deal though.
Very clean but pool area was jam packed with only one ship in port.
Just took taxi to Sapphire Beach. Very small and rocky beach with lots of seaweed. View was beautiful but will go back to Magen's Bay next time.
My new favorite port! Ate authentic PR food all day and LOVED it! From Mallorcas, to empanadas, mofongo, boletas de queso and of course the original Pina Colada. People very friendly and the old town is incredible! Very safe to walk around!
Was looking forward to Jack's Shack but had to change plans when father in law not well. Stayed right by pier and very rocky, HOT, and crowded.
