Muster on day one was scheduled for 2:30, announced, and in documents. We sat, with other guests, waiting, for 45 minutes and it finally started at 3:15. Had to leave the room at about 2:45 because they hadn't scanned everyone in, then allowed back in to same room. Totally disorganized for a muster drill - luckily no icebergs in Caribbean.

Carnival Breeze was totally dysfunctional. Queues for EVERYTHING, including 45 minutes on last day for 2 luggage tags. ALL passengers had to line up for their luggage tags (first time ever that we've not had tags delivered to the cabin).

One buffet line for everything (had to join cooked, fruit, cereals etc line for one slice of toast). I got my croissant from continental buffet, asked where butter was and told I had to line up in cooked, fruit, cereal etc line with everyone else. Food was the worst we have ever had on any ship. Majority of the buffet was closed in the evenings.
