We took this cruise because many of our NCL crew friends were together on the cruise. We have sailed eleven times on the Dawn. Living in central Massachusetts it is easy to sail out of Boston where the Dawn spent her Spring to Autumn for the last eight years,

This has allowed us to gain many staff friends from housekeeping to entertainers.. We left out of Boston 6 times.

Taking advantage of the reduced flights we sailed out of San Juan arriving the afternoon the ship was to leave. The week before our flight was canceled due to the plane grounding. NCL changed our flight to Jet Blue which we were happier to fly with. Read more
