This is long, Bear with me because we are blown away at how unorganized this was. My husband had never cruised before and now he says he has no desire to again. We travel frequently and are late 20s, low maintenance and organized. In the service industry so I’d say more patient than most. Which is why this review is crazy especially because we only got home a few hours ago and here I am!

We were ‘double swiped’ into a room in addition to our room we were assigned even though the woman had our passports, she brought back cards with two different peoples names and assigned us, our info, and cc info to their room and refused to admit her fault and kept blaming the system and insisted it was fine. It’s kind of scary to me that she looked at our passports then handed us two totally different peoples cards and called us their names HOLDING OUR OPEN PASSPORTS!!! Please don’t apply to tsa!!! It wasn’t fine as per her supervisor. 1.5 hours later it was rectified and I was still told to confirm with guest services on board to make sure my cc info wasn’t on the other room... what?! It wasn’t in there but we were called back twice to guest services to confirm our room assisgment cause they just couldn’t figure it out. All this could’ve been avoided if she would’ve have read the paperwork she was handed and actually checked instead of being on autopilot.

I firmly believe this cruise was over booked. We’re from ny and did not know the week we sailed was spring break in New England, so there were a lot of kids which is fine, irs a family cruise. However the pool and hot tubs say adults only and were constantly full of kids every day. We never once got in the pool because the boat was so crowded and if you go up to the pool deck after 8am you’re not getting a chair. They simply did not have enough chairs or space for every one on board. We sat elbow to elbow with people when they finally did show up after placing towels and books on chairs for hours earlier to hold chairs they did not use til after lunch. We stopped trying to use the gym and jogging track after day 3, no matter what time of day both packed, the jogging track full of kids running around or lounge chairs obstructing it. Read more
