Itinerary:

This cruise is billed as the 8 Day Bahamas Cruise, just 6 days before departure, Royal Caribbean informed us that CoCoCay was no longer one of our ports of call (due to remodelling issues at the island) so we would be stopping at Miami instead. This meant that we would now spend a total of 1 day in the Bahamas. Requests for compensation for this downgraded experience fell on 'deaf ears' at the RC Customer Services, they claimed that swapping Miami for a Caribbean island was a fair exchange - I don't think so. Another request for compensation again failed, they even suggested purchasing their on board internet package as a suitable alternative!

To make matters even worse, after the cruise they sent us their post cruise questionnaire, which included questions regarding our day at CoCoCay (which we never got to)! - a very poor show.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony

Well presented cabin. Furnishings of a good standard. Plenty of storage space.
