Sail Date: Mar 2019
Cabin: Celebrity Suite

Just returned from a week on the Edge. For the most part, we enjoyed it. We have done about 35 cruises, mostly RCCL and Celebrity, and are in our 50’s. The ship is quite different from other Celebrity ships. I think one has to go into it with that mindset. If you are expecting a Solstice type ship, that it is not. There is tons of seating everywhere, and in little nooks. But I didn’t see anyone utilizing them as they are mostly cut off from larger rooms or just lining the hallway. We really liked the décor. Modern and fresh. I don’t understand why anyone would have complaints, unless they want the standard wood motif everywhere. People need to have an open mind, or don’t book it in the first place.

Martini bar

Like others have said, it takes up most of the central part of the ship. It is larger than other martini bars. Only once during the week did we have difficulty finding a table. Service was mostly quick and we met some very friendly servers. Guest Services is tucked down the hall from the bar. Very different set up.

Cabin Review

Celebrity Suite

Cabin CS

would book cabin towards front of ship next time since that is where most of the suite amenities are located.
