Wow! So far wanted to have an open meeting nd about a new ship, but thisno where close to other Celebrity ships as others have stated. Unbelievable th lack of attention or detail. We had no problems getting on the ship, the streamlined process is a breeze. That said you board the ship at a low level with no one at the ship when you walk on. Weird, no one greets you on deck 4. You can go direct to your room if ready, nice touch, cards and keys are outside you door. Ours were wrong though. Concierge said they would have to check with Miami to fix(?). Still not right :-( Ship is new and modern, but as others have said fewer spaces for passengers replaced by cabins, expensive shops, and suite amenities. Ouch for us commoners. HATE the new balcony, it’s an ocean view room with a window that opens when they want. Um, a window that opens is a far cry from a balcony... horrible design and will be th bane of celebrity in the future! Room: upgraded to concierge at sailing for $150 pp, broken mirror with masking tape, attendenant never saw at all, not worth the cost! Food: did traditional dining in Cyprus, horrible day one... given breakfast menu at dinner, okay, no service, no salt in the shaker??? Um prime rib was an 1/8 of an inch in the dining room? Why cause I wouldn’t pay for higher priced dining?? Day one, HUGE disappointment for celebrity’s flagship, no wonder 3 stars, so far this is a carnival ship... without the party...
