This was my first cruise ever and I had so much fun. I live a rather luxurious lifestyle and was worried the cruise would not be up to my typical vacation standards. That was not the case. I received some of the best service I've had in the Haven and the facilities were incredible. I was in a Spa Suite (room no. 14732) and it was roomy and beautiful. Comfortable king bed and the bathroom was great. The food was 9/10. I almost ate exclusively in the Haven restaurant but also went to Cagney's, Teppenyaki, and Wasabi. Cagney's was alright, Teppenyaki was garbage (everything tasted like soy sauce, the fried rice was bland, and there was no golden egg sauce), and Wasabi was surprisingly decent. The excursions were so-so, I sort of wish we had only one destination and stayed there for 3 days like I've heard one NCL cruise does. The Haven meant we got to skip lines during embarkation and disembarkation, always got good seats at shows, and other priority amentities. The Thermal Suite (spa) was also awesome and included with my package. The only thing about the spa I didn't like was that they tried to cross-sell on everything and I saw a lot of people buying into some of the BS which was sad. The casino was great. I played in a texas hold 'em tournament and won a free cruise with entrance to another tournament.
