There are too many people on this ship. It's a very large boat but the public areas are not much bigger than boats with much less people. That means you are unlikely to find an empty chair anywhere -- not by the pool, not at "spice h2o", not in the atrium, not in a restaurant, at the casino, in a bar, etc... We spent too much of our time in our cabin because it's the only place we could find a place to sit.

Everything is understaffed, so the amenities and bars are more likely to be closed than opened. Even when they're opened, most bars only have a single bartender where at least 2 are needed. The staff is clearly overworked and the majority of them acted like they hated their jobs (I can't say I blame them).

The food was average to sub-par compared to other cruise ships. Margaritaville is a waste of money and deck space. Why pay $15 for a burger that's the exact same as you can get in the pub for free? The specialty dining is better, but you better book it early as it fills up quick.
