We have been on 9 cruises with NCL and noticed significant differences on this last one. Far less staff in the dining room and fewer cabin stewards in the halls. Staff seemed overwhelmed and frustrated. Everything is an up charge and requires reservations. The ports were good I liked Harvest Caye more then I thought I would. We arrived late to Belize City and had to sit in the dining room for over an hour waiting for our excursion. Food is much worse then in the past. We did not do the specialty dining because the main dining rooms have always been excellent . People were being very noisy and rowdy in the thermal spa. They had even taken drinks in. Again no staff around to monitor this. There was no personal connection with the staff at all. We used to love NCL but will be trying out different lines in the future. For the first time we did not purchase a cruise next voucher,
