Our second time on the ship was excellent. Th ship has wonderful, friendly and attentive staff. The ship is kept in top notch condition. We enjoyed the option of the indoor pool when it was to hot to stay out in the direct sun for more than a few hours. The entertainment, both on board staff and visiting entertainers was super. We ate at four of the specialty restaurants, and made sure to buy the "package" ahead of time to take advantage of the reduced price. We loved "QSine", Murano and the Lawn Club Grill. Felt that the steaks at the Tuscany tasted "processed" or tenderized and was our least favorite of the four.

Did an excursion in Cartagenia to "old town". Be prepared there and around town to be swarmed by people selling stuff. And when you say "no" to one, another one arrives right behind, and they just keep on coming. We were not able to enjoy our tour or even hear our guide as a result. Also, traffic moves really, really slow. On retrospect, we would have been better off staying by the ship and visiting the great little zoo there.

Our only complaint over the whole cruise was the Casino onboard is VERY tight, especially the slot machines. We didn't see anyone win anything. Also, be careful about betting limits. The one guy over the 11 nights on the cruise we saw win anything hit a Royal Flush at the ultimate Texas Holdem table. He should have been paid close to $7500 with his bets on the table. However they paid him only $5000. When his friend asked where the rest of the money was, they pointed to the fine print on the little board at the corner of the table which said the maximum payout was $5000. What a shame. Read more
