Cabin: Family Mini-Suite with Balcony

Boarding and Disembarkment were chaotic, delayed 5 hours on departure, never notified to delay arrival, didn't get to room until 9PM, no food or drink until 6 PM and we were told to arrive at 10 AM! Suit case did not arrive until 3AM. Twice the daily news letter told us to change our times, but they didn't change ships time. No communication from Crew. Billed for wrong drink at cafe, after complaining, the service rep said she would look in to it, was eventually removed but was not notified by staff. Entertainment was limited, only two good theater shows, nothing interesting during the day. Smoking allowed in the casino, smell was terrible. Departure was delayed, terminal (Manhattan) was a freaking circus.

Food was good, especially the specialty restaurants. Too many people, public areas were very crowded and bar service was very slow. Cabin was small for a mini-suit. Excursion was cancelled last minute, no call, just a not left outside the door.

Second time and last time sailing with NCL.

Cabin Review

Family Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin M2

Cabin was small for a mini-suite, only 18 inches between bed and closet doors, small balcony, two straight back chairs and a small coffee table.
