We opted to upgrade to a Suite and it was well worth it. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch at Cagney's where the service and food were wonderful! There were always options to feast available on this ship. Ordering pizza late at night, sitting on our balcony with a bottle of wine is what we did after a day of exploring. Our room was kept impeccable by the Steward and he greeted us every day with a smile. This was my first time in Key West. We took a trolley around the city. Definitely worth the money. Our only complaint is with the wi-fi. We paid for the Premium package and it was slow at best. The staff was very accommodating in trying to rectify it. Ship is very clean and updated. Unlimited open bar always a plus. We would highly recommend Norwegian! We next plan to try the Cuba Cruise.
