We chose the cruise via Travel email sent to us. The price seemed reasonable to us and taking a cruise on a cruise ship was on our bucket list. We were so delighted with the cruise although we cruised with 4,000 of our newest friends we always felt welcome by all the staff, especially our Cabin Stewart, Andrik Prasetyo, who was very personable and caring at all times of our comfort on board. The food was excellent at every restaurant on board. The NCL Epic allows one to choose which restaurant to dine at and is not a "cattle call" type of setting. Food and drink was available 24/7. The entertainment was top of the line! and a good variety was available during the cruise. The public areas (including the rest rooms were always spotless - a real feat considering there were 4,000 passengers onboard. We are retired and found the passengers where a span of age groups so we felt completely comfortable with all the venues we elected to attend while on board. We highly recommend Norwegian Cruise Lines.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BD

We had a balcony but I don't know what the (BD) stands for. Our balcondy was port side under the bridge. The cabin stewart was wonderful as was the cabin itself.

Port Reviews

Costa Maya

The guides for the glass bottom kayaks were good but the weather was lousy so we did not spend much time in the kayaks but had to sit on the shore waiting to get backto the criuse ship. Real disappointment

Cozumel

We walked around Cozumel and bargined for a few gifts. It was fun.
