Sail Date: Dec 2018

Debarkation: Elite Captain’s Club members were invited to wait in the Tuscan as a special perk, but it was poorly handled. We ended up waiting until debarkation was nearly complete. Then all numbers were called at once and we ended up in a huge waiting line.

Entertainment: “Martin live” in “The Club” was poor – he is a lousy interviewer. We did not really care for Martin as the cruise director. The theater is fantastic; sound and visuals are amazing. Singers and dancers were excellent. Live band was great, especially Ricky on guitar. All the comedians were great. There were no good venues to sit comfortably and listen to live music inside the ship, and no dance floors. “The Club” is uncomfortable and feels like a dungeon; it is not good for socializing.

Onboard activities were minimal and poorly coordinated between the printed schedule and the app which frequently disagreed. The app is not ready for prime time, The scheduled information was wrong, and there is no way to use the personal schedule. Occupants of the same stateroom were not linked and could not use messaging.
