We wanted to try cruising without all the fuss of a larger ship. The Vision of the Seas was a lovely ship with a great crew! We easily were able to navigate and figure out where everything was. The Masquerade theater provided great comedy entertainment and shows. It was a New Years cruise and the crew provided an awesome party! The service was divine. We were well taken care of and we did have a mishap. My 17 year old daughter smashed her finger in the door and we got to experience the med deck. They took excellent care of her and provided x-rays at no additional cost to us. She had actually fractured her finger in all this but the clinical crew were very helpful and accommodating and it did not ruin her time. The rest of the cruise all our stateroom staff would ask each day how our daughter was feeling. Those extra touches made us feel welcome and cared for!

Ocean View

Cabin 1N

Cabin was a window view and was great. Bigger than I expected and met our needs.

Port Reviews

New Orleans

Easy access to ship - we drove to New Orleans and found it easy to navigate from parking lot to ship.

Key West

Not a whole lot to do other than shopping if you do not book an excursion.
