Embark/Debark: We made reservations at Parkway Parking, which is just moments from the port. The service is excellent at Parkway Parking and getting to and from the lot was very easy. Especially coming back… our car was on, ready, and waiting for us. Great service!

The food on Brilliance of the Seas was just fine with lots of choices each night. We did not do any speciality restaurants, as we were happy with our main dining room choices. I wish we had not listened to the folks guiding us to the Windjammer on the first day, as it is always a little crazy and my least favorite meal. The small cafe in the Solarium was open during embarkation when the shI cruised on Brilliance of the Seas in late October, 2018. We were three girls traveling together for a girls weekend, out of Tampa and over to Cozumel for the day. I am a Diamond member and am very experienced in cruising. I read all the negative reviews of Brilliance of the Seas and we still had a fabulous time. The other passengers seemed to also have a brilliant time. I wish reviewers were more positive about Brilliance of the Seas, as she’s a big, lovely ship, even if she is a little older. We did not encounter any strange smells, noises, or problems of any time.

ip was filling up. I would skip the craziness of the windjammer and have a relaxing meal in the beautiful solarium.
