We had planned to go to the Mexican Rivera, we had planned for over a year to take this dream vacation. Norwegian Cruise Lines (NCL) knew before we left port that the ship would need to change destination ports do to a Hurricane Willa heading for Mazatlán. We should have been given the opportunity to opt out or get the cruise at a reduced cost. NCL did not inform us of the change until we had set sail and got out to international waters. The food was only average except for in the specialty restaurants. Most of the bartenders did not know how to make a proper drink. The Bliss being a brand new whip was beautiful The entertainment was OK, nothing spectacular.

My wife and I are in our 70’s and this was to be one of our items on our bucket list to have wonderful memories of being on a cruise with my son, daughter in-law, grandson and our in-laws. We are highly disappointed in the cruise and now have no good memoirs of the time we spent together.
