Cruised with a group of six couples. The ship was beautiful, well maintained and clean. Long lines for food. No reservations available for the pay steak house for the duration of the cruise. No food after 10 or 11pm except for pizza, which there is always a long wait for. Witnessed a fight while waiting in line for pizza at 2pm. The food in the main dining room and buffet were generic and sub par. The wait staff were excellent. The balcony room was clean and comfortable. Entertainment was good. Shore excursions and ports of call were disappointing as best (Cozumel, Belize City, Roatan, Costa Maya). You had to hire a ride, bus or pay for an excursion to go to any beaches or diving experiences. The one excursion we paid for in Costa Maya was cancelled due to contracted operational issues. We paid for another excursion that brought us to a filthy beach/pool. I would not book this cruise again or sail to any of these ports of call again.
