group of 12 family members on this trip. embarkation was great and on board quickly. Ship itself was okay. not wowed by the closed in atrium or the public spaces were much smaller than other designs. Cabin was ok, but tub had mold all around the caulking. Room stewart Arie was good. Dining was a disaster, couldn't get a big table the first couple of nights and was split up. one table was done with entrees when the other table had not gotten appetizers yet. Ended up having to complain only to be told that we should have linked our cabins, uh we did that. Then was just told next time choose timed dining. We ended up together the rest of the cruise but had to eat super early. Food was meh. So we missed our port call in Roatan which was the one port we had excursions planned due to wind. Honestly the wind was not that bad and it's concerning if the ship is just too big for that tiny port. just very disappointed. Entertainment was okay, missed so much because everything is so late or scheduled on top of each other. Pool deck is WAY TOO SMALL for so many people. camp ocean was over crowed with kids and granddaughter got hit in the head by older kid so we didn't use. Cruise director seemed energetic and actually sings very well. Disembarkation was as usual disorganized, people did not listen. I'm not saying we didn't enjoy, but we have been on better and do not care for the Vista.
cabin okay, good space for 4 people. loved the extra tub/shower area and sink which helped. mold around tub caulking.
shopped in port. Not impressed
Went to Paradise Beach which was very good and very clean. Loved the facilities and we all had a good time.
