I had been on carnival 15 years ago, and I thought that I would take another cruise with them. This was the worst vacation ever. The service was horrible, the food was same each day, no variety and long line ups. The balcony was rusted and not cleaned so we could not enjoy sitting out side. the public washrooms are limited and not visible. The entertainment was nothing to right home about. (the all inclusive resorts have better entertainment). the onboarding process was like a mad house. No one can hear the paging of all the activities that are happening. the process of going on excursions was not outlined well, no-one knew where the waiting room was and everyone is just panicking that they may miss the excursion,

The whole experience of cruising was not there.
