The ship is said to be the biggest in carnival fleet. And that’s true however they cramped the inside made room for more guest, and less crew! We could not get service on the lido deck at all ship was dirty and highly worn out for only being two years old. We have cruised with carnival only. That being said the cruise director was entertaining but did not interact with the guest except what he had to do. The ship was super hyped up about and was complete let down. Brought all this and some other issues to carnivals attention and have not received any response to it. Bathroom smelled like old urine all the time like a public restroom at a ballpark but worse. Shower didn’t drain would run over ever time. Room steward was amazing and the two dining waiter and waitress were the highlight of the entire cruise. Casino was horrible too no ventilation or windows / shades up felt like we were in a enclosed room and stuffy. 2 star overall trying a different line next time for sure which saddens me we loved carnival and they do not want to address any of these issues so no other choice
