New England and Canada foliage tour. Good decor and clean ship for its age. Staff attentive and efficient. Main dining room food was somewhat disappointing. Buffet areas were surprisingly better than expected. Excursions and unboarding unorganized at times. Floor shows not top notch. Overall a good experience, staff did not seem overly happy and did not speak English well. Land excursions were very good, tour guides exceptional. Timing of most was good and returns to ship afforded some rest before dinner. We had a group of 12 and most were very pleased overall. Entertainment was not tailored to the passenger ages and missed the mark, except for the “Elvis guy” which was pretty good. Lot of extra cost on beverages and dining choices. Good ship, needing some updates, but pleasant decor. Bar areas very good, just pricy. Attentive staff in main dining room and quick service each meal. Service desk very good and helpful.
