Let me start by saying, I am not one of those people that feel they should get their money back because their itenerary has changed. I DO however feel we should get compensated in some way, to make up for the fact our whole week has changed. Norwegian truly dropped the ball with our trip last week. We were supposed to have 3 beautiful days in sunny Bermuda. Well, of course because of the hurricane we got rerouted. Which is okay, but instead of having 3 days of ports, Nassau was completely cancelled and we ended up only having 2 days, one of which being Great Srirrup Cay, their private island that does not cost them anything. Bermuda is much more expensive than a Bahama & Florida itenary and I felt the cruise company did not make any effort to make us happier at all. A lot of people were upset we didn’t go North to at least keep 3 days of ports, other cruise lines went to Canada & New England. They did not want to make up for this, and when I called telling them my bad experiences they were very indifferent, and when I asked for credit towards a future cruise they told me they could not do anything. Most of the staff were nice, our room attendant was very nice, but some were very rude. Someone took my towel from the deck, and I was basically told by the towel attendant that it was not his problem. The food in the buffet was bad, in my opinion. The food in the dining rooms was good, but same menues every day for lunch. I felt the activities were fun, but my family felt they were on top of each other too much, and not scheduled good enough. The game shows me and my husband loved watching, but they were put on in the atrium which was way too small and not nearly enough seating. I was also disappointed because there was not really a club for adults, just for teens. And the boat was wayyyyyyy too crowded. The slides and the ropes course was a hit however. In my opinion Norwegian was way to frugal, I felt very ripped off, and I will not cruise with them or recommend them to other again.

Cabin Review

Inside Stateroom

Cabin IC

Cabin was normal for a cruise, I liked it better than the Carnival staterooms I have been on. Just not as soundproof as a would have liked, I heard a lot of music coming from the venues late at night.
