I planned this cruise in January, this is my first time to go to Alaska and I took my parents who are 75+ to go. After I came back from this cruise, I can say that this cruise exceeds my expectations. The ship is beautifully decorated and there are always so many activities going on in the ship, all my family members enjoyed them a lot (including card playing, Table tennis, swimming pool, Jacuzzi). The food services are very good, the food is delicious and the food service staffs are always very friendly and helpful. We ate in the Provence Traditional dining room and the horizon buffet room a lot.

I tried and learned a lot of new things in this cruise trip including the gold mining in Juneau, and I liked it a lot.

The staffs working in the front desk and shore excursion office are also very friendly and helpful in providing us the accurate information and helping us in making travel decisions.

Cabin Review

Oceanview (obstructed view)

Cabin OZ

The shower in my cabin didn’t get much hot water for three days before it was fixed. There are some noises from the upstairs of my cabin in the midnight or early morning in some days, sometimes it can be annoying. The bed is comfortable, the bath room is small.
