We had sailed on Princess twice before and both sailings were perfect and the food was beyond expectations. This cruise, everything was good: service, stafff, excursions, etc. but the food was very under-seasoned and a disappointment. Also, the windows should be cleaned ideally at each port, but definitely before cruising the glaciers. Activities on board were excellent, and for the most part, we were busy the entire day when we were at sea. They had great lectures and even brought puppies on board one day. The shows were first class with great costumes and sets, but something should be done to improve the food. Many people were commenting that the taste was “ok” and it sounded much better on the menu, but the actual dish was mediocre. I hope they can improve the qualit. Princess was our preferred cruise ship, and I’m not sure what line we will use from now on.
