Excellent service, great staff, amazing food quality, right size cabin (for 3 of us). Loved freestyle cruising and loved Specialty dinning experience. We loved Moderno and Le Bistro restaurants. However, I have to say the pools smaller and very crowded and that was little disappointing. Despite the fact that pools are small and crowded, there are lot of other activities to do onboard including Rope course, mini golf, tubing, bocce, ping pong and lot more. Well managed, great leadership team, very polite, courteous service team and very clean . I have mixed feelings on Shore Excursions. Beaches in Bermuda are awesome and they are only 20-30 minutes by local transport for a fixed price. Comedy shows with Tom Simmons and "Choir of men" is the best show. Promenade is very small compared to other cruise ships I have seen. Overall, we loved the ship and our experience was great.
