la comida muy mala,el crusero feo,la atencion malisima,en fin no se lo recomiendo a nadie..las actividades muy mala.todo muy terrible.falta d mantenimiento,los banos con peste .no sirve,es muy malo,falta d limpieza..hay q hacer linea para todo,para comer,para tomar,.terrible,terrible,terrible,.All of the buffet food offered in the lido dining room was horrible. The quality of the food offered in the main dining room was pathetic!! I had to pay separately to eat at the seafood shack or steak house because it was the only food I could tolerate. You could tell after the first bite that carnival was not focused on taste or quality only on pumping out lg amounts of slop to satisfy the masses. Also, I paid top dollar for a soe balcony that is advertised to have all spa amenities included!! What a joke, the spa pool and heated chairs were always full and I wasn't able to spend a single moment enjoying any of it. Not to mention the Elwin's toiletries that are said to be provided daily were only delivered 3 xs on an 8 day cruise.( shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and bar soap). I asked my room stewards 3 times for it and she said I'm sorry ma'am, I don't have enough!!! Then the adults only serenity spa area was so full every day by people who get up at 4am and put their towels in all the chair until midnight even though they weren't even sitting in the chair it blocked all other guest from having a chance to relax!! The play list production performers sounded like dying screaming donkeys and the comedian was a giant flop!!!The only thing great about the entire cruise was our shore excursions.. I have sailed with carnival for 9 cruises and this was my final straw!! I will pay the extra money for royal carribean because carnivals quality , customer service and entertainment has disappointed me for the last time!! Complete trash , a total waste of my money and time!!
