My family (Wife and one adult son) went on this cruise to celebrate our birthdays, and wedding anniversary. Celebrity is our preferred cruise line, and on this cruise, Reflection upheld their great reputation. Most impressive this cruise was the service! From our Cabin Attendant, to the dining staff in the Main Dining Room, to the Bartenders, particularly at the Sunset Bar, Casino Bar, and the Ocean View Cafe Bar were exceptional. This was across the board the best crew we have experienced while cruising.

Food was also very good. We ate in the MDR, Murano, The Porch, and the Tuscan Grill. The food in the MDR was very good as we have always experienced on Celebrity. Murano and Tuscan Grill were exceptional as always. We were somewhat disappointed with the Porch. The steamed mussels were very good and the white fish sashimi was exceptional, but other than that we found the rest of the food to be average. We cancelled a subsequent reservation and decided to enjoy the Sushi on 5 instead.

I prefer the smaller Solstice class ships to the Reflection. The three or four hundred additional passengers makes the pool area and lawn club area a bit crowded on sea days. My perfect ship would be Solstice with the Reflection crew. Read more
