This was my husband and I's first cruise. We were celebrating out 5 year anniversary and we definitely weren't disappointed with our experience. We sailed during Spring Break and had no issues with this being a party cruise or anything like that.

To start, the boarding process was pretty easy. I was a little confused on where to put our bags and where to go to actually check in, so some more signs would be nice because I saw people looking just as confused as I was, haha. The waiting game while staring at the ship right in front of you is torture, but we were on board by noon and were some of the first people on the ship.

The first place we stopped was O'Sheehan's and if it weren't for this place, I would have given this review 5 stars. My husband and I sat down at the bar, hungry and thirsty. There were two bartenders behind the bar that looked right at us several times and ignored us. We sat there for 22 minutes (yes, I tracked the time) and neither of them ever came over to us. Even if they weren't open yet, that would have been fine, but they could have easily come over to us and said they weren't open. We eventually left and met some lady in the elevator who was complaining how small the elevators were, which we hadn't noticed and didn't think there was a problem with, but to each their own.

The cabin was pretty small but had plenty of storage space. The fridge was too small to fit our bottles of water which was pretty inconvenient because I like cold water so I had to go up to deck 15 to get ice and then fill my water bottle or my cambelback. Our toilet clogged five times, so that was also pretty annoying, but they were quick to fix it. We were right next to a service door for the crew and we heard nothing at all, so I am not sure why everyone complains about that.
