Sail Date: Jul 2018
Cabin: Family Mini-Suite with Balcony

We have only cruises with Celebrity, and this was our first cruise with NCL. The cruise was just average. Ship was very crowded. Except for the cabin stewards and dining room staff, crew members were rude and seemed put out. This seems to be mentioned in many reviews. Human Resources department should address this. Layout of Garden Cafe not conducive for so many people. There also wasn’t much variety/creativity behind the food choices. Food was much better in the dining rooms and specialty restaurants.

Pool area was extremely crowded and poolside and atrium games inappropriate for children. NCL staff should enforce rules about not saving chairs for hours, both poolside and at the Atrium. Staff at the terminal was also poorly trained.

We would have liked to learn more about the ports of call we were visiting through on board presentations.

Cabin Review

Family Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin M2

Cabin was very clean and the bathroom was a nice size. Originally there were going to be 4 people in this cabin. Thank good we got an additional one. I don’t see how 4 people could fit in this “mini suite.” Plus, there would not have been enough storage room for 4.
