The cruise was part of a package offered by NCL. We traveled as a couple. We joined the ship in Honolulu the boarding procedure/cabin allocation was very tedious and long. Once in our cabin was slightly disappointed that there were no tea coffee facilities but there was a safe and a fridge. The service of the cabin was excellent it was cleaned every day to a very high standard. We tried three of the specialty restaurants, Cagney's, Jefferson and the Japanese one. All were excellent the service was quick and attentive. The food was very tasty and plenty of it. Found that the food in the skyline was over cooked but the service was still good. The food in the buffet was very good and plenty of diversity. The team member that I encountered at the excursions was not friendly and treated me like I was an idiot when I asked about the volcano and out planned trip on one of the islands. I would take a cruise again but not to Hawaii
