We chose this cruise because of the itinerary and we were not disappointed. We had been to Norway before but never to Flam or Geiranger which we thought were wonderful. We have cruised with NCL before but never on the Jade. We really loved this ship. Everywhere was clean and tidy and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a balcony cabin on deck 9 on the port side. It was well appointed and had plenty of storage space, our cabin steward was very professional and we found our cabin serviced when we returned from breakfast most days!

We ate breakfast in O'Sheeghans most mornings, we found the service there prompt and the food was delicious as it was in all of the dining options. We ate in the speciality restaurants too and were not disappointed. Cagney's is my husbands favourite, mine is La Cucina, but all are worth paying for. What we thought was a nice touch was the grill at the back of the ship where you could make your own sandwiches, grab a burger or have coffee and cake whilst looking at the beautiful scenery. This was also open in the morning for breakfast.

We thought the entertainment on the ship was good there was always live music in all of the venues and it was nice to have a cocktail before dinner and listen to some great singers. We also enjoyed most of the amenities on board, we got swimming most days and there was always room in the hot tubs. We also enjoyed the trivia that the Cruise Director's staff put on throughout the day. It was fun and a good way of meeting people.
